Previous Projects
A selection of our previous projects -
European Oak raised deck complementing this beautiful garden room looking out upon the New Forest. Accompanying this huge wrap-around deck was the installation of an Oak sleeper wall along with surrounding vegetation clearance.
Redwood wrap-around deck installation encasing this rather quaint garden room, constructed just in time to welcome springs arrival.
European Oak raised deck with bespoke made picket fencing and gates - making for a large, flat practical space of 24m2 upon this sloping garden.
Complete garden make-over creating large practical and useable spaces, raised timber deck, freshly laid lawn, patio and walling expansion, new paving and centralised steps - (note the olive trees stationary position and incorporation into the patio area).
This raised timber deck was constructed in place of some rather unsafe and poorly built steps. The newly installed deck gave our clients a safe route to enter the property as well as a prime positioned seating area to enjoy the sunny days in the Dorset countryside. Given the height of the deck, we were able to include an artificial turf lined storage area accessed via a door to the rear side of the deck.
One of our more challenging deck builds was constructed on this steep bank aside the river Avon. After clearing a section of the river bank from vegetation, work began on the composite deck. A number of large composite posted were secured deep into the river bank anchoring the steps in place against the winter rising water. The completed tiered deck gave the clients use of the river for swimming and launching kayaks.
Timber deck installation surrounding a lily filled garden pond, with the addition of an artificial lawn - helping to give this slightly tired garden a new lease of life and a zen and tranquil comparison between wood and water. As depicted in the pictures below, the majority of the process can be seen from start to finish, including the lining of the ground to prevent vegetation growth, through to construction of the raised framework.
To date this is one of our most pictured projects - due to the complexity of the subframe we wanted to ensure a good record for future use. This Multi-level hardwood Balau deck with bidirectional boarding, encasing a birch tree was an unforgettable build. Often the case with constructing decks is the sense of expansion within a garden, maximising useable level space.
Pond SOS - restoration and expansion project with gentle cascading waterfall creating a beautifully tranquil ambiance next to the seating area. Working in partnership with Salisbury Tree & Garden - www.salisburytreegarden.co.uk
